Two stars, and that's generous. The room had stained carpet, a lumpy stained vinyl couch, and an AC unit caked in lint that rattled so loud it woke me up every time it kicked on — despite that, the room stayed humid enough that my towel was still wet 10 hours after showering. Walls are paper thin; you hear everything from next door and the hallway. Property-wide: ice machines broken, bar never staffed, no trash bags in any trash cans, hallways smelling musty, and pool water tracked through halls and elevators (which smell like a locker room). The small breakfast gets swarmed each morning, and not just by guests. Front desk staff were kind and offered to move me, but the replacement room was worse. Can't recommend as-is.

This was our first trip ever to Houston TX. The hotel is in a great central location. Close to delicious food, NRG stadium, galleria mall and about an hour from bush airport. The customer service at this hotel was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. We had two connecting rooms here. The staff here are super responsive to anything you need. Very nice and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a great gym and outdoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Houston. Thank you!

Came for an event in the conference room. All tables nicely decorated. Food was good. Great location off Hwy 59 & Hwy 6. It is off Town Center which has many stores, cafes, and restaurants, and close to First Colony Mall, and Barnes & Noble. It’s summer and it’s just nice to walk around here.

Recently did a small photoshoot for our lovely couple here, and it was great! I called ahead to make sure it was okay and the staff were very helpful. There was a conference going on in the ballroom, but we had no issue with anyone bothering us or getting in our way. Love the small patio area inside the lobby, such a lovely green space.

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and updated. The bathtub showed some signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfy. The common areas in the hotel can use a few touchups, but nothing was a deal breaker. The location was ideal with many restaurants, dessert spots, an open green space, and a few shops. The breakfast is not included in your stay. The price is $25/ person at this time. There was a valet option, or you can self park in one of the nearby garages for free.

My room had a discounted rate (3rd party booking). So value and quality were equally matched. Aside from that, I had several interactions with desk staff while there, they were excellent! Hospitable, friendly, professional, etc. Also...if you visit the bar area, ask for Kennedy. She made her signature drink, "The Melon Drop". You can't get it anywhere else, because it's her unique creation!!! Thank you everyone for making our stay enjoyable and comforting!

The highlights were definitely the spotless room, the high-quality, hot breakfast, and the attentive service from the entire staff. Depending on what room and floor you occupy can feel like you have booked a hotel or motel. My previous encounter was suitable for a hotel stay, quite the contrary this time around. After two nights, I welcome my own bed / home. Paper thin walls, dripping faucet in tub, low shower pressure, mediocre housekeeping and a mattress that smelled of urine is not what I’d expect from Marriott but I digress. I am in this room at 5:32 am writing this review because the noise from showers, alarms and other unidentifiable noises did what coffee could not…. keep me awake.

This is a glorified Courtyard, not the experience you are paying for or usually get at a full service Marriott. It is clean and updated but that does not make up for no bellhop, no room service, third party valet (which you almost have to use) where it bills through them and/or also the hotel. The food was that of a much lower quality hotel. I do not mind Courtyard if that is what I am paying for. $300 a night for this is absurd. This hotel used to be completely full service and felt upscale. NO LONGER!
