I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The room had roaches, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, basic services like clean towels and washcloths are not included you actually have to pay extra to receive them also you have to dump your own trash. Which none of that is explained to you at upfront. The check-in process was also extremely difficult. I initially tried to book one night, because I came a night earlier than my reservations but the staff member assisting me seemed unfamiliar with the system and struggled to complete the reservation. After finally getting checked in, the next day the staff told me if I kept my same room it would be extra, claiming it was an “upgrade,” so I moved to a different room witch was the exact same as the other room so they really tried to rip me off. Between the poor customer service, the cleanliness issues, and the extra charges for basic necessities, this place felt more like a shelter than a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

This was my first time at this Extended Stay and it was great. I stayed one night. The check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and smelled great, everything worked and it was quiet and peaceful. The location was great it was by the main freeways and roads making it accessible to get to places. I will definitely use them again.

Horrible Place and Experience. This place is not even to keep the Animals. Directly, Filthy, Bad Smell, all Broken Cabinets with Mold. Irresponsible Staff. Nothing Right about this place. I was doing late Check In, Doors were locked , they kept us 30 minutes outside in the Cold. Nobody was picking up the phone either. I had to call main line to get some one there to checked us in. Took forever to Check in. Nothing was working properly at this place. They couldn't even email or print my receipt or itinerary. When I went inside the Room, I couldn't not even spend 5 minutes there. I had to Cancel and Checked out right away , Which was another hassle. Do not believe the pictures they show online. People Stay Away from this hotel. It took me 3 hours a Nightmare to deal with this situ

!!DONT DO IT !!The staff wasn’t bad and were generally okay to deal with, but the cleanliness of this hotel is unacceptable. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly cleaned. Strong odors, grime, and an overall uncomfortable feel made it hard to stay here. Even with decent staff, the condition of the rooms makes this place not worth the money. I would not stay here again.the first night I put roach traps everywhere it was so bad I considered fogging the hotel room the second night I didn't even sleep in the room found two roaches in the sheets and the third day canceled my 90+ day reservation and slept in my truck with all my stuff 0/5 stars .

Fire alarm going off for 30 minutes now, no fire just an alarm going off non stop. No way to contact anyone at the hotel, stuck listening to a fire alarm when im supposed to be asleep. Hotel charges for everything, 40 $ just to use their dishes. Charging for fresh towels. Roaches, they turn the hot water off at night, high crime rate in parking lot Edit - 10/11/25 - response to management. The water was still cold this morning, after apologizing for the water heaters being turned off and making everyone's stay uncomfortable. There is no excuses, just stop turning off the hot water.

Every single person that works here, from morning, even the evening shift- Are very nice and helpful. The housekeeping ladies are super nice, the manager Reba Is very helpful and goes above and beyond. The maintenance guy is super kind as well, I’ve only spoken to him in passing because luckily- I’ve not had any issues with my room. I have been here for about a month now, and it is super comfortable. The other guests Are all extremely nice, and for the most part people mind their own business. I have, of course, read the previous reviews, and I have to say I disagree with a lot of them. Everyone has their own experiences, but as far as mine, I’ve never smelled smoke in the hallways, and I’ve not had any bad experience. The only thing that I’ve ever smelled in the hallways is the lemon scent cleaner that the housekeeping uses. Which actually smells very good. And of course you smell the delicious food that the other guests cook. This place definitely gives the feel of an actual apartment building. And the fact that the manager, as well as the other staff Are kind & helpful- it makes things even better! I would highly recommend this place.

This place easily feels like home! The location great, it’s very quiet, big comfy rooms & clean! Reba has been very helpful, as well as the other staff. I read the previous reviews & I have to say: I’ve never had a negative experience here! If you are on a work trip, in between homes, or on a vacation: I would definitely recommend staying here!

Upon booking my reservations, I called ahead and asked for a ground floor room closer to the lobby due to my ability of walking. The customer service assure me that I will have a room closer to the main entrance when I check in upon arriving from Louisiana where I just check out of this wonderful hotel. I had an emergency so I had to headed to sugar land wanting to stay closer to the hospital. Then check in room 126 She said take the back exit It’ll be closer to room. When opening up the door and a reef of marijuana. But again, I still went to the room taking out my things we noticed it had a roach in the kitchen drawer. My family den killed the roach. They sat on the bed. The bed broke mind you they only 125 pounds. Call the front desk to tell them, but the wheel that goes on the bed because it was on the frame was placed on top of the bed. While sitting in the chair roaches ? running out of the black wheel onto the bed we showed the front desk. They put us in another room, which was 136 down to area where the marijuana was smelling. I refuse to stay there, we went and canceled our reservation and went to a whole Nother hotel. I never give hotels bad reviews, but this one here need to remodel it. I am very unsatisfied with this hotel.???

Please read the response by Owner from previous months because I wish I had. When you read complaints nothing has been done to Improve the place. This was my first time ever remembering a hotel manager name she was the lowest of low when it comes to customer service. She must be related to the owner because there has been no training done for customer service from reviews of previous guests. Stop lying about amenities and taking people money. My family came down to spend time away from work hustling and living life. We had a big surprise. We had to spray for bugs and clean the room. No breakfast, No Pool access, no gym and I could imagine no meeting room. A standard room should have a blow dryer, iron, closet to hang clothes and 2 sets of 3 towels(only had a hand and a bath towel). My budget included cooking but I had to buy everything. Since thete was no swimming, the kids tried to play games on TV but the internet kept going off.

We got to the hotel around 3 AM and had trouble finding the entrance because everything was dark. We found a phone outside and called the number for late check-in. A lady answered and helped us check in, which was nice. As we walked to our room, we saw some roaches, and the hallways smelled like marijuana. The room was old, dirty, and smelled really bad. We just came from a 15-hour drive with our two dogs, so we were very tired, but I still was not able to sleep properly because I didn’t feel safe. In the middle of the night, we heard a loud banging noise from the room above us. Also, the closest door to get outside didn’t work, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get in or out. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk let us check out at 12 PM without charging extra and didn’t charge a pet fee. Still, the stay was terrible overall, and we won’t come back.
