Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Loved being at this hotel, it's my second. Staff is amazing. LOVED the Texas sized waffles

Upon our initial arrival at the hotel room around 4:30, we noticed that the room felt a bit stuffy, which we understood might be due to the air conditioning not being activated in the absence of guests. Approximately an hour later, we heard some banging noises, suggesting that repairs might have been underway. When it was time for bed, we found it challenging to sleep due to the significant noise from the air conditioning unit. The television was on without volume, and on two occasions, it produced a loud static noise, although the picture quality remained clear. We experienced no issues with the staff, and the room otherwise appeared to be in good condition.

Stayed here to have access to the freeway and get to Smart Financial for a concert. Place is really good - was happy with the front desk. This hotel has a group meeting room with a storage behind the lobby that gives private access gym and rest rooms. Thank you Miraj

I enjoyed this hotel. I think Google should grade this hotel 3 star hotel and not 2.5. I enjoyed the hospitality, the quietness, the neatness. It was affordable and located at a place where it was easy for me to drive to areas I wanted to be. I will love to use this hotel when next I visit Houston.

My stay was fantastic. Everyone here is so nice and kind. Especially Johnny was super friendly and went above and beyond for my kiddos. Place was super clean. Room was clean. Breakfast had a variety. I absolutely love the mirror in the bathroom as it had lights around it..making it bright and great for selfies lol. Overall, great experience. Quiet. There went people loitering around. Felt safe.

Sean, the front desk person is wonderful! I came in looking for a place to stay after canceling a reservation at another hotel due to it's condition. Sean was more than accommodating and understanding of my situation. He let me see a room to ensure I would be happy with the accommodations here. The hotel is recently renovated and it checked all the boxes. This is a great place to stay, it's close to shopping and the freeway!

Hotel was mediocre at best. The air conditioning was unreliable but we were told the trick to get it to operate. Beds were not real comfortable and the breakfasts were disappointing. Thank goodness for waffles! The same bowl of bananas came out daily, getting browner and browner until they weren't edible. They were never replaced. There's really not much in walking distance and no sidewalks out on the street so you really need a car to grab a bite to eat. While the rooms were clean, it appeared they were swept daily out into the hallways and then the hallways vacuumed once or twice during our one week stay. One night, while returning to the room, there was a roach racing the hallway. Ick..When I see food being kept too long and then the roach, it makes me hesitate to eat any of the other breakfast items as I don't know what the kitchen looks like. I personally, would not stay at this particular location. The pool however, looked clean and inviting.

I like this hotel because their staff is very friendly and helpful , rooms are clean they serve free breakfast and they have cooked laundry machines. Location is very good easy to commute. Reasonable and family hotel atmosphere. Yes I highly recommend. I have been there several times.

The location of the hotel is great right off the freeway. The staff is really helpful especially Johnny and Shawn they made us feel at home. Excellent customer service. The beds are soft, not super hard like in other hotels that feels like you're sleeping on the floor. The room was clean well kept.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. Great price and location. Staff and front desk were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Room was also very clean and comfortable. Thank you!!
