about 2 months agoThis hotel was perfect for a 2 week stay, very clean rooms and worth much more than the price. Breakfast could be better, and kitchen/breakfast room could be cleaner at times. Other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.

2 months agoFantastic place to stay! Been staying here for 3 months. Daley is the best. Shawn goes above and beyond and is pleasant ALWAYS! MUST SAY BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. ALWAYS clean and well kept. KUDDOS TO THIS STAFF AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM!!!!

3 months agoI have stayed here twice when having to work l out to the south of the city. They have been more than accommodating! Very clean, Shawn was so helpful as well as the general manager. They both made it easy for me to decide to come back again. I will be recommending this site to my people in the future

3 months agoWill be back love the stay. Property is quiet. Great medical rates. All the desk clerks at front are awesome, especially Sean who assisted 2 mature women with everything needed and answered all questions honestly and quickly. And…it was Amazing to hear a “God Bless You” when we left his area! May God Bless You too ?

3 months agoThis was a nice hotel. Elevators are slow due to age of hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful in the hotel. The variety was great only item not very good was gravy too battery. Waffles made were very good and quick. Eggs,sausage,coffee or juice was really good.

7 months agoUpon our initial arrival at the hotel room around 4:30, we noticed that the room felt a bit stuffy, which we understood might be due to the air conditioning not being activated in the absence of guests. Approximately an hour later, we heard some banging noises, suggesting that repairs might have been underway. When it was time for bed, we found it challenging to sleep due to the significant noise from the air conditioning unit. The television was on without volume, and on two occasions, it produced a loud static noise, although the picture quality remained clear. We experienced no issues with the staff, and the room otherwise appeared to be in good condition.

7 months agoStayed here to have access to the freeway and get to Smart Financial for a concert. Place is really good - was happy with the front desk. This hotel has a group meeting room with a storage behind the lobby that gives private access gym and rest rooms. Thank you Miraj

7 months agoI enjoyed this hotel. I think Google should grade this hotel 3 star hotel and not 2.5. I enjoyed the hospitality, the quietness, the neatness. It was affordable and located at a place where it was easy for me to drive to areas I wanted to be. I will love to use this hotel when next I visit Houston.

8 months agoMy stay was fantastic. Everyone here is so nice and kind. Especially Johnny was super friendly and went above and beyond for my kiddos. Place was super clean. Room was clean. Breakfast had a variety. I absolutely love the mirror in the bathroom as it had lights around it..making it bright and great for selfies lol. Overall, great experience. Quiet. There went people loitering around. Felt safe.
